    Who is Georgina Bull?

ABOUT OUR OSTEOPATH

After a crashing fall from a horse at the age of 15, Georgina was left with a broken and dislocated shoulder, and terrible neck pain. Whilst surgery sorted her shoulder, the neck pain proved a little more stubborn and resulted in a trip to see an Osteopath. From that point on, Georgina was hooked and has chased her dream of being a human and equine osteopath ever since.

Having graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine, a Diploma in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy, Georgina is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the Institute of Osteopathy (iO) and the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP).

Since graduating she has also qualified to use medical acupuncture with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS), Kinesiotaping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), shockwave therapy and myofascial release techniques to name a few!

Alongside general practice, Georgina has a keen interest in treating sports injuries, and finds enjoyment in working with athletes to improve their performance as best she can. She has competed with the British Equestrian Team in endurance at the World Equestrian Games and has worked as the Travelling Osteopath to both the Senior and Elite Endurance Team competing for Team GBR at both European and World level.

Georgina herself is still a keen equestrian, having ridden from the age of 2 years to present day, and owns 2 horses with who she competes in endurance riding and dressage. She also qualified as a Stand-Up Paddleboarding instructor and can be often found paddling the local rivers!
